- Metcon: Strict Pull-ups & DB floor Press, into Burpees over the rower, Row for Calories, and DB Thrusters // Teams of 2 Share - High Rep, Strength work, Plenty of rest, between for High Intensity
THURSDAY
- Build & Conditioning: Variety of Functional Body Building Movements, Sled Push, Parallete Hold, KB Swing Squats, Bike, Kneel to Stand, Wall-walks // Moderate Weight, Low Intensity
- Conditioning: Battle Ropes and Bikes // Short & Higher Intensity
- Recovery: Breath Work & Mobility
FRIDAY
- Strength: Back Squat
- Metcon: OH Squat, Pull-ups, HSPU, HS Walk, // High Rep Quick Chipper Style
SATURDAY
- Strength & Power: Hang Power Cleans, Legless Rope Climbs or Pull-ups, Bike
