- Build & Conditioning: Variety of Functional Body Building Movements, GHD SIt-ups, Light & Fast Sled Push, DB Floor Presses, DB Step-ups, Farmer Carries, Shuttle Runs // EMOM Style 40:20 work to rest ratio
- Recovery: Breath Work & Mobility
