100 ft 1 Arm DB OH Walking Lunge (50, 35) ** Rx+ (70, 50) **100 feet is up & back on turf

B) ACCESSORY/MIDLINE

2 rounds for time:

30 second L-sit
20 Rower Pikes
1 min Weighted plank
***accumulate both the time in the L-sit as well as the plank
