Before every set of (4, 3, 2, or 1) buy in with 50 ft of handstand walks.
10 Power Snatches (75, 55)
10 OH Barbell Power Lunges (75, 55)
10 Bar Facing Burpee

4 rounds, rest 3 min
3 rounds, rest 2 min
2 rounds, rest 1 min
1 round
Complete for time.
