Veteran’s Day falls on Novemeber 11th – today many are in observance in honor of those that have made many sacrifices for our country. Veterans Day is a time for us to pay our respects to those who have served. Today, we stand united in respect for you, our veterans. We thank you for your selflessness and countless acts of bravery. Today and everyday we thank you for all that you have done.

A) STRENGTH WOD

“Build” Snatch – Snatch Complex:

Snatch Deadlift + Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Full Snatch x every 90 seconds complete a complex at the same weight

**allowed 2 increases in weight max
**8 Rounds = 12 minutes

B) WOD

“Interval Bike”

1) Max Calories 1 min – 3 minutes of rest then 2)…

2) 4 rounds of 2 minutes each…

15 Toes to Bar
12 DB Snatches (70, 50)
with remaining time perform max calories on Assault Bike

**2 minutes of rest between each round**
