WOD – Tomorrow @ Tropical Park

This is a reminder that Peak will not be open this Saturday because we will be hosting the Brute Strength camp. Hopefully we will see some of you there. Our Saturday classes will still be going on – just at Tropical Park. Meet us by the hill for some fun and fitness!

A) STRENGTH WOD

8 EMOM // every 30 seconds perform:

1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch
*keep at the same weight or slightly increase – as heavy as possible

B) WOD

3 Rounds of:

3 Min Max Calories Bike
2 Min Max reps Double DB Burpee Ground to OH (50, 35‘s)
1 Min Max Pull-ups
**2 Min Rest**
