WOD – Support your Athletes
Some of our very own are competing in a BIG competition this weekend! Noah, Justin, Dylan, and Jordan will all be representing Peak360. Summer Crush will be running a 2-day event (August 18th & 19th) at Tropical Park Equestrian Center- 7900 SW 40th Street, Miami, FL. The programming will be challenging but will take into consideration the athletes well being. Their goal is not to run the athletes into the ground but to make it a FUN, exciting competition to find the fittest athletes and teams amongst the field.
The whole weekend will consist of non-stop action over 5 different event stages. Multiple divisions will be performing at the same time throughout the day. WODs will be fast, heats will move quickly and athletes will have enough recovery time without getting cold. Come out to watch and support your Peak athletes and the local CrossFit community!

Start each round with
3 Rope Climbs
9 HSPU
12 Hang Cleans (135, 95)
18 KB SDHP (70, 55)
***with remaining time of the 6 minutes perform a ladder ascending (1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4..etc) of:
Front squats and shoulder to overhead (135, 95)
After each 6 min round ends…immediately begin a new set WITHOUT rest for another 6 minutes. Continue the ladder wherever you left off. (3 total rounds. 18 Minutes is the total WOD time)
Post the highest round plus reps completed.
