WOD – Start Together – Finish Together

One of the most amazing aspects of CrossFit is the support and camaraderie that is the core of the entire community. We all always encourage others and push one another to be the best athletes and people that we can be. So please – remember to cheer one another one and be there from teh beginning of the WOD until the very end. Wait before putting equipment away, grabbing our smart phones or anything else. Find a fellow classmate and get support them until the end! This is the magic that is in our box and makes the CrossFit culture unique!
