Skill WOD

Double Unders

In 10 min try to go up the double under ladder. Increase in sets of ten, each set must be unbroken. If you fail at any set, that set must start over from zero. (If  you are on 100 and fail on 92, you have to satft from 0 to complete the Set of 100)

Once the ten minutes are up post what was the highest rep total you completed unbroken. If you completed the ladder post your time.

10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100

WOD

12 min AMRAP Ladder by 2s (2, 2, 4, 4, 6, 6, etc)

Shoulder to Overhead (115, 85)

Toes To Bar

Lunge Jumps
