WOD – Schedule Updates

Hey Peakers!!!


Hope you’re doing GREAT and are having a FANTASTIC week so far! As you may already know, Peak360 has privilege to be hosting a FAITH Rx’D Camp this upcoming weekend. Please note the following schedule changes:

Friday: 2/16

*6PM CrossFit Class is cancelled
*5:30PM Sweat as normal
*6:30PM Build is moved to 5:30PM

Saturday: 2/17
*Both Classes – 8am & 9:15am moved to Tropical Park – Track

Sunday: 2/18
*Mobility & Mindfulness moves to Dante Fascell Park located at 8700 SW 57 Ave in South Miami.

*start heavy, finish heavier
*build to a heavy set of 3, not a 3 rep max


15 minute clock:
Complete for time:

50/35 Cal bike
40 DB Snatches (70, 50)
30 SA DB OH Walking lunges
…with the remaining time complete AMRAP ladder of burpees and C2B…

**Rx+ is same in the chipper part of the WOD, for the AMRAP C2B are Bar Muscle Ups

**Scales…DB weights to (50, 35) and the C2B to pull-ups

GOAL: to sprint the chipper portion and then fall into a sustainable aerobic pace for the AMRAP
