WOD – Saturday…Brute Strength @ Peak

THIS WEEKEND Brute Strength will be at Peak 360!!! Brute Strength is one of the premiere online training services and thought leaders in the sport of fitness. The Brute coaching staff has had an incredible track record at the Games and regionals, including back-to-back affiliate cup championships and individual podium finishes at the Games. This athlete camp is an opportunity for athletes at ANY level to experience the same training methods and techniques we use with our top athletes.

Over the course of two days, attendees will receive hands-on coaching and guidance directly from members of the Brute coaching staff, including: Chris Hinshaw, Adrian Conway, Matt Bruce, Nick Sorrel, Nick Fowler, Michael Cazayoux and Adee Cazayoux.

A) STRENGTH WOD

Tempo Back Squats – 3 x 3 (33X2) increasing in weight + Back Squat (no temp) 3 x 5 – same heavy weight across
**Increase weight on all sets by 5 pounds
**rest 2 Min after each set
**15 Min cap

B) WOD

4 Rounds of 3 min clock:

15 Lateral Burpees over the paralette
10/10 Double KB Front Rack Walking Lunges (55, 35)
*with remaining time Row Max Meters*

**2 Min of rest after each round
**Total meters rowed is score

Fitness:
10/10 Dbl KB FR Walking Lunges (35’s, 20’s) …everything else the same
