It’s not too late to join in the @rpmtrainingco 10k challenge! The RPM Training Co. has kicked off their 10K Challenge! Every year, they encourage fit folks like you to grab a rope and complete an average of 333 jumps a day during the month of September. The goal is to raise awareness and funds for The Iron Compass Initiative, which helps provide free fitness training to at risk youth. Go to rpmtraining.com for more detail. Join us and JUMP!
