WOD – Rise and Shine 8 AM
Peak is happy to announce that we’ve added an 8 AM class! This is specifically for all you 9-5ers that can’t quite get yourselves up for the 6:30 class. It will be offered only on Tuesdays and Thursdays for now and dependent upon the interest, may become a full time class. See you tomorrow morning!

*Anytime the set is broken (bar dropped, etc.) you must run 200 meters. 16 min cap.
Post total time.
With a 10 min clock, accumulate 4 minutes in the plank position. With remaining time, complete as many weighted situps with a KB (35, 20) as possible. Score is total situps.
