Please keep in mind that we will only have an 8AM and 9:15AM class on Monday, New Years Eve and CLOSED on New Years Day. We wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year and we cannot wait to ring in 2019 with all of you.

* each partner is responsible for completing all the reps for one movement at a time. When the reps have been completed then the partners can rotate to the next movement. When all the rounds (10) have been completed then the next triplet can begin.
