22 Clean and Jerks (95, 65)

**mandatory rest 3 min between each round

B) MIDLINE/ACCESSORY

12 Min Accessory Work EMOM:

Min 1: 6/6 DB/KB Step-ups **weight in front rack position
Min 2: Max L-sit Hold in first 30 seconds
Min 3: 6-8 Strict Ring pull-ups
