WOD – Peak Thanksgiving Drive

This time of year, food banks across the country are gearing up to feed thousands on Thanksgiving Day and they can always use your help! As with every year, Peak will be helping collect items for a local food drive. There will be boxes up front for us all to help collect necessary items in! Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Also, the day after Thanksgiving, Peak will be hosting our annual Thanksgiving Pot Luck – so stay tuned for further details!

A) STRENGTH WOD

1 x 8, 8, 6, 6 Strict Press

*working up to a heavy set of 6
*rest between 90-120 seconds

B) WOD

4 Rounds – 4 minutes each:

20 Back Squats (155, 105)
20 Handstand Push-ups
Max Double Unders in the remaining time

*1 minute rest between each round
