WOD – Pantheon Champs
This weekend we had 4 of our Peak men compete in the Pantheon Games. All of them represented well and we’re proud of the simple fact that they signed up and showed up. Some surprised themselves with top 30 performances and others learned that sometimes your placement doesn’t matter, and that it’s you experiences and what you learn from them, that mold you into a more successful person and athlete in the long run. Either way, they were all just gearing up for WODAPALOOZA! Registration opens up in 8 days on Nov. 1st (which is also our first day in the new gym!)
Strength WOD
Tabata Deadlifts (225, 135) – 4 minutes
(Tabata is 4 minutes each exercise: 20 seconds max reps, 10 seconds rest) (8 Rounds)
Then MAX Plank Hold for 4 Minutes

20 KB Swings (55, 35)
200 Meter Row
200 Meter Run
Rest 2 minutes in between rounds.
