Join Liza and Erik for another awesome seminar on nutrition this Saturday November 10th at 10:30AM. Come get your sweat on and then relax and learn. They will be talking about gluten and how to know if going gluten free is right for you. This is something we see a lot in the media so it is always best to educate ourselves on what is right for our bodies. Hope to see you there!

A) YARD WORK

3 Rounds
– 60 meter Sled Push & Pull (2 up/backs)
– 4/4 Turkish get-ups + OH Walk (30 meter after every 3)
– 200 (100/100 meter Dbl KB Carries – Front Rack Carries then Farmer Carries

B) BODY WEIGHT

2 Rounds
– 20 (10/10) Glute Ham Bridges
– 15 Strict Toes to Rings
– 45 sec L-Sit

C) CYCLICAL

1 Round
– 30 Burpees
– 600 meter Cal Row
– 30 Cal Bike
– 600 meter Run

**40 min Cap on all work
**flow from A, B, or C in any order. Complete the entire section before moving on to the next one. Integrity in movement and focus on the breath are the score

D) BREATHE
