WOD – Nutrition Seminar

This Saturday join us at Peak 360 for another awesome nutrition seminar by Erik and Liza. They will be explaining and educating us on the keto diet. I’m sure you have heard all about it – but come get the facts and proper knowledge.

A) FLOW A

15 minutes Practicing 3 Movements
– Ring Muscle-ups (apprx. 3-7 reps)
– Good Mornings (apprx. 8-12 reps)
– 100 ft Sled Push Sprint (light & fast)

B) FLOW B

15 minutes Practicing 3 Movements
– HS Walks (apprx. 5-30 neters at once)
– DB Split Squats (apprx. 8-12 per leg)
– 100 meter True Form Sprint

C) FLOW C

15 minutes Practicing 3 Movements
– Peg Board Ascend (1-3 ascents)
– Seated DB Single Strict Press (apprx. 8-12 per arm)
– 10/8 Cal Bike Sprint

D) BREATH WORK

500 meter Walk
3-5 sec hold on inhale, inhale hold, exhale, exhale hold.
