WOD – Nautical Javi

We want to give a big shout out and congratulations to our main endurance man Javier Pineda for placing 3rd in this weekend’s Nautica South Beach Triathlon. He’s breaking barriers and breaking the mold buy using CrossFit to train for long endurance events and we couldn’t be happier for him. Go Javi, way to represent!

Strength WOD
