WOD – Naughty or Nice

Naughty or Nice (NoN) is an annual, global opportunity to serve local children and families in our communities by giving a gift and getting a lift. Peak will be hosting our annual Naughty or Nice WOD on December 15th – so be sure to join us. All toy donations will be going to the Kevin Garcia foundation. The Kevin Garcia Foundation was created in memory of Kevin, who inspired people with his infectious smile and infinite kindness. 

A) 1 RM DL

15 min to work up to a 1RM Deadlift

B) 12 min AMRAP

2 Rounds
Each round – 6 Min Time Frame
500 meters Row
15 Thrusters
15 SDHP
MAX Reps Double-Unders
– NO rest between Rounds. Immediately after the 6 min clock strikes, the athlete stops the double unders and begins rowing.
