WOD – Mini Ice Monster


Coach Noah testing out the WOD for you all last weekend at the Ice Monster, hosted by CrossFit 305. He placed 5th overall in a field of some solid athlete. Peak 360′s here.

Start with 800 meter run
With remaining time perform MAX rep snatches, power or squat (135, 95)
