A) STRENGTH WOD

4 Rounds – begin each movements every 90 seconds
– 8/8 Barbell Step-ups
– 8-10 Bent Over Row – tempo (31×1)

B) WOD

4 Rounds
1 Minute Clock per movement
:15 seconds btw movements for transition
– Max meters Sled Push – (1/2 turf increments “7 ft”)
– Max Pull-ups
– Max Distance Row
*2 minutes of rest after each round
*each movement has its own score*
