WOD – Marlins WOD

A) STRENGTH WOD

Push Press:
1 x 5, 4, 3, 3, 3
*start heavy finish heavier. Work up to a heavy set of 3, but not a Max
*rest 90-120 seconds btw each set
*12 min cap

B) WOD

3 Rounds for max reps:
5 min clock
At the top of every 5 minutes begin a new round.
Rounds begins with:

400 meter Run
with the remaining time perform
Max Rounds of:
5 Deadlifts
15 Wallballs

*score is total rounds / Reps of AMRAP across all 3 Sets of 5 minutes
