WOD – Lift Like a Lady

Some BIG weight being put up by some lovely ladies. Watch the video and listen in for some proper technique talk. It’s not about being big or incredibly strong, technique plays a big part in efficiency. Also goes to show that you girls can move some heavy weight without worrying about “bulking up”!

6 Rope Climbs
50 Front Squat (95, 65)
40 WallBalls
30 Toes to Bar
200 Meter Farmers Carry (70, 55)
100 Double Unders
