WOD – Know Your Game

While the video doesn’t demonstrate the WOD that we’re doing today, you should pay close attention to their discussion on scaling a workout but maintaining the same intensity. Whether it’s a certain weight, skill, or movement that you struggle with, sometimes it’s better to scale it down in order to still get the stimulus intended by the workout. Plus, Justin Bergh has an amusing accent.

For time complete:

Two rounds of
15 toes to bar
300 meter row

Then,

Two rounds of
15 deadlifts (225, 135)
30 wallballs

Then,

Two rounds of
15 burpee broadjumps
30 pullups

No rest between couplets.

Post total time.
