400 Meter Run
21 KB Swings (55, 35)
12 Toes to Bar

Post time.

Rest exactly 5 min.

Then perform a 6 minute AMRAP ladder of:
Power Cleans (205, 135)
Lateral Burpees
(1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4…)
Post highest round and reps completed in 6 minutes.
