10 yard Burpee Broad Jump
10 KB Swings (70, 55)

*BUY-IN to Both WODS with 10 Sandbag cleans over the shoulder, 15 Sandbag Squats, and a 200 meter Sandbag Run (80, 60#)

Post total muscle ups and rounds for both WODs.
