WOD – Finish Strong!
Finish Strong 30 Day Fast Challenge. We all know the holidays can be rough and our fitness and commitment can potentially suffer. More importantly, a lot of the results that we have worked so hard for can quickly diminish, taking motivation with it. In an effort to help you stay on track during the final stretch of 2017 we are encouraging you to take on our 30 Day FAST Challenge. Fast – not as in speed – but as in a willing abstinence from something. This is typically used when referring to food or drink to lose weight or gain energy, but we can use it in terms of fasting from an activity as well. In this instance we are not necessarily referring to food or drink, but this fast is to break a certain habit or improve our life in some shape, way or form. The fats is for us to GAIN. You must identify exactly what you wish to abstain from or “lose” for these 30 days that you personally feel will improve your life and or habits in a way that you desire. The intention is to finish the year strong nad become the best version of ourselves!
Guido is going to spend 30 days on a social media fast – his goals are to be less dependent on social media and more present in everyday life. More time and focus can be translated into relationships and on overall personal growth.
We will have a poster board up in Peak for you to sign your name and what you wish to fast from. This will allow us all to support one another in achieving self-growth and our goals – finishing 2017 strong together!
A) STRENGTH WOD
