Sign up by the front TVs to finish the year strong and picking something to abstain from for 30 days! Whether it is a food or no longer “sleeping in” – the time to prove to yourself that you can break whatever you feel your bad habit is…is now! Let’s hold each other accountable and finish 2018 strong!
