A) STRENGTH WOD

8 Min EMOM:

1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch

*moderate to heavy – approx 70-85% of 1RM
*Same weight across all sets – except – ONLY 1 WEIGHT INCREASE ALLOWED
**add 5-10 pounds from 2 weeks ago

 

B) WODS

All three are 6 minute AMRAPs…rest 2 minutes between AMRAPs:
