WOD – Beach Time
Its that time of year again Peak family!!! Don’t miss out on a great WOD and a great time. Lets get out of the gym and in the sun and on the sand! We are meeting on 3rd Street and Ocean Drive…on the sand. Bring friends, sun block and some snacks!!
WOD starts at 9AM
* Please note that all Saturday classes at Peak are canceled this weekend.

Establish a 3 RM Push Press
3-3-3-3-3-3-3
WOD
3 rounds (Total Wod time 12 minutes)
Every 4 min perform
400 meter run
and with remaining time complete AMRAP of
5 Hang Power Snatches (95, 65)
5 OH Squats (95, 65)
***Immediately go into the next round without any rest and continue on the AMRAP wherever you left off.
Post total reps and rounds completed in all 3 rounds
