Jason Khalipa is excited to announce the second annual Ava’s Blood Drive! Thank you to everyone who joined last year! Blood products helped to save Ava’s life more than once, along with many others. You can host a location or if you are in the Bay area on September 30th NC Fit in Santa Clara is hosting.

A) WOD

“DT” Complete 5 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to OH (155, 105)

B) STRENGTH WOD

Weighted Pull-ups 6 x 3
**work up to a 3RM

C) MIDLINE/ACCESSORY

2-3 Rounds:

1 Weighted Plank – 30 seconds rest – 1 min Russian twist with plate (45, 25) – 90 sec rest
