WOD – Athletes Of the Month
Congrats to Lynley and Yoan!
Lynley has lost over 30 lbs, learned how to rope climb, do double unders, and is usually at the top of the leaderboard in the 6:30 AM class. Did I mention that she is a working mother of two boys!! Yoan is quiet, yet his improvement screams loud and clear. The young man couldn’t overhead squat a PVC pipe when he walked into Peak over 4 months ago and now he can squat 135 three times! He has lost over 15 lbs, performs kipping pullups, learned to climb rope and has gained a level of confidence that says “anything is possible”. Again, congrats to both of these athletes and we encourage all of you to work hard for next month’s spot!
