A) DT TRAIN 3.0
3 Rounds – (7 min each)
500 meter Row
2 Rounds of DT
– begin a new round every 7 Minutes
– rest with the remaining time 5:30 cap for each Round
– score is the time for each “macro” round (row + 2 DT Rounds) (3 scores – round a, b, and c)
3 Rounds of work for Quality
10/10 Split Squats – light weight tempo (2020)
15 Weighted V-sit-ups (DB / KB)
20 Plank Switches
**15 min Cap
**rest as needed to maintain quality and recovery pace
**as heavy as possible maintaining proper form
