WOD – 3 Down, 2 to Go!
3 weeks down, 2 to go! We hope you all enjoyed 18.3 and were able to put numerous skills to the test. The energy throughout was absolutely contagious – we can’t get enough! Make sure you are all taking proper care of yourselves – physically and mentally – during this 5 week test of fitness. On Mondays SFL Rehab is working on Peak members doing the Open.
