Although we are a little more distant these days, the daily energy is still full of passion and still produces the same cocktail that makes for the best hour of our day!

Here’s how we will TRAIN OUR BODY

 

  • MONDAY is 2 Parts Crusher that will  BUILD STRENGTH & AEROBIC CONDITIONING
    • Movements you might see: 
      • 1) Front Squats & DB Rows 
      • 2) C2B Pull-ups, Box Jumps, & DB Burpee Snatch Thruster – ouch!

 

  • TUESDAY is all about the INTERVALS – that build ANAEROBIC CAPACITY & MUSCLE STAMINA
  • Movements you might see  
  • All the machines and running – you are welcome
  • Barbell Cycling & Ring Muscle-ups

 

  • WEDNESDAY is 2 Parts to help BUILD STRENGTH, AEROBIC CAPACITY & MUSCLE STAMINA
  • Movements you might see
  • 1) DB Floor Press & Lunges – pump city!
  • 2) Hello “Karen+” WB, Dubs, T2B

 

  • THURSDAY we FLOW into 3 Couplettes
  • Movements we might see
  • KB Step-ups & Snatches, Tempo HSPU & Shuttle Sprints, Carries & Midline Holds

 

  • FRIDAY we SNATCH and climb two ladders to build POWER, more POWER, and SOME AEROBIC CAPACITY
  • Movements we might see besides the snatch
  • Deadlifts & Lunge Jumps, KB Thrusters & Dubs

 

  • SATURDAY we will bring you another edition of TEAM-WORK – yesssss!
