CrossFit @ PEAK 360 in Miami is more than just a Gym. We train with excellence in Movement & Mindset and embrace a Lifestyle that pushes us to live our best lives. Join us as an Athlete and/or Coach if you are striving to grow and develop into the best version of yourself from the inside out. Heading up the Camp will be Guido Trinidad, owner of Peak 360 Fitness, as well as Co-Founder of Wodapalooza Fitness Festival, and a 2 x CrossFit Games Competitor.

ATHLETE CAMP DETAILS

Movement Sessions include: 
– Snatch, bar Gymnastics, Barbell Cycling, & Ring Muscle-ups
– Improve Movement Pattern & Positions
– Identify Holes in movement or positions
– Video review & Live Feedback on areas of improvement
– Drills & Accessory Work to correct & improve

Mindset Sessions Include:
– How to Train the Mind through: Mindfulness, Reflection, Visualization, Affirmations, Anchors, etc.
– Tap into the Power of Y to Train & Compete with Purpose
-The Power of Gratitude & Resiliency Training
– Learn fundamentals of a Growth Mindset & Principles Centered living
– Identify areas of the Inner Self that require the most development
– Identify different ways to “Workout” the Mindset
– How to best approach a training session vs a competition

Lifestyle Session Includes:
– Identifying goals and how to develop the discipline to live a balanced life while pursing them
– Self-assessment of the right amount of volume and intensity
– Developing the right Nutritional habits for you
– Purpose of proper recovery
– Developing a community, team, and tribe of support
