Member Relations Manager

Born and raised in Miami, Fl, I have always lived an active lifestyle and through CrossFit, I found Olympic weightlifting, which is what truly stole my heart. I became a member of Israel’s Olympic weightlifting team which has defined me ever since. Structure, discipline and hard work are qualities I have learned to embrace as an athlete and now as a member of the Peak family.

I love working with clients in all aspects of nutrition. What we eat directly affects how we feel and operate on a daily basis. Nutrition does not have to be hard, and I love teaching my clients how to incorporate healthy habits on a daily basis. My clients range from athletes, to moms, kids, and just regular people who want to be healthier and learn how to feel their best.
