In-House Competition WODS

Peak 360′s 3-Year Anniversary In-House Competition – WODS are up!

WOD 1
1 Rep Max Ground to Overhead
Standards: Each athlete has 5 Minutes to perform a 1 Rep Max Ground to overhead. Once the 5 minutes are up the next athlete, using the same barbell, will establish their 1RM. The weight must start off on the ground and finish in the overhead position, with arms and legs fully locked out. You may use ant technique to make this possible; Power Clean and Jerk, Squat clean and Jerk, Snatch, Squat Snatch, etc. The bar must always be moving vertically
SCORE IS TOTAL WEIGHT COMBINED (1RM + 1RM = Score) example (155 lbs + 135 lbs = 295 lbs)

WOD 2
12 Min AMRAP
6 Pullups, 9 Calorie Row, 12 Wallballs ***Buy In of 80 Double Unders
Standards: Only one person working at a time. Each athlete must complete the total amount of reps per exercise, then the next athlete completes the next movement, they continue to rotate every exercise and never do 2 exercises back to back. The double under buy-in can be done by one person only if you elect to do so.
SCORE IS TOTAL AMOUNT OF REPS COMPLETED AS A TEAM

WOD 3
For Time Complete:
200 Meter OH plate carry (45, 25)
40 Toes to Bar
60 Deadlifts (185, 115)
80 Box Jumps (24, 18)
80 DB Snatch (50, 30)
60 meter OH Walking Lunges (45, 25)
400 meter Run
200 meter Buddy Carry
(Only one person works at a time, there s not a set number of reps that each athlete has to complete, however both athletes have to at least attempt to accomplish a rep of a specific movement. All of the reps are to be shared as a team. The 400 m run is (200/200, or can be any combination that you choose)
SCORE IS TOTAL TIME TO COMPLETION

There is no RX, or Scaled: All one division. If someone needs to scale down we will make the modifications to the wod and the scoring will be adjusted as well. But most importantly you will still compete and still have fun!
