Beautiful day Peak family,

Can you see it? What you ask…the light that is. The light at the end of the tunnel.

I feel it coming and it’s building excitement.

Sure things will be different; but I am believing for the better. At least the things that I am in control of will be. 

My beliefs, my thoughts, my habits, and my actions. Take control of your inner fitness; and your world will be better as well.

It’s been too long since we last shared a Cup together; it’s a hot cup so sip don’t chug!

How you make your bed is how you send your emails. How you warm-up for workouts is how you prepare for presentations. How you talk to yourself is how you talk to others.

You may agree or disagree; but the reason I find truth in this is because actions all stem from the same place. Who we are inside. Our character and our mindsets. Let’s be intentional about nurturing this fitness just as much if not more than our physical fitness. We have only one life; let’s grow it to the best of our ability.
