A) WOD Complete for time: 21-15-9 Power Snatches (115, 85) – 3 Rope Climbs after every set of Snatches B) Skill Work Complete for time: 50-40-30-20-10-20-30-40-50 Unbroken sets of Double-Unders *10 min Cap *if you break in a set, that set must be started over. C) 3 Rounds Weighted Plank – 1 min unbroken – rest 1 min after each round

Saturday Sept 20th SUP & WOD

SUP & WOD at Matheson Hammock Park - 09/20/2014 @ 9AM   REMINDER: PEAK WILL BE CLOSED ON SATURDAY, September 20th, 2014 due to a CrossFit Level 1 Course! We will be instead gathering at Matheson Hammock Park from 9AM to 11 AM to enjoy some Stand Up Paddle boarding int he bay along with a nice juicy WOD. Make sure you sign up to SUP&WOD at the front desk. See you all Saturday!

WOD – Julissa The Peoples Champ!

While Julissa didn’t “officially” win the challenge, in our hearts and using our eyes, she sure did! She went through an incredible transformation, which has helped earn her the honors of honorable mention for our challenge. What is her prize? Her well-earned and newly chiseled body! Here are her stats and pictures from before and after! This transformation took place in 8 Short…proof that consistent hard work, and changing up your eating habits can create drastic changes….its impossible to not be motivated by Julissa!!
