Give Tanks For CrossFit
We all love CrossFit and helping people, right? Well this Saturday morning, you’ll get a chance to do both! These cool guys will be setting up shop before and after the 9 am WOD (doing the WOD in the meantime) and selling their awesome tanks that are for a great cause. Give Tanks strives to cultivate global hope by reminding anyone who sees its graphics to be “tankful” for the little things in life. Regionals Coming
It’s the event we’ve all been waiting for. The “playoffs” for the CrossFit Games. Regionals. During the month of March, many Peak members and coaches took on five different grueling workouts in order to qualify as one of the top 60 athletes for the Southeast Regionals. And our very own Coach Guido (#8) and Coach Noah (#16) are going on to compete in the competition in West Palm Beach on April 27-29. COMING THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 13TH @ 7:30-9 PM Ladies, you don’t want to miss out on Pretty in Peak, a night of an empowerment for girls only. We will be talking about happiness-What is it? What is the secret to true happiness? All you need to bring is something that makes you think “happy” (a momento, a quote/saying, an old toy, a picture, be creative!), and any healthy snack or drink you’d want to share with the ladies.
