WOD – Thank you Fearless Leader

Guido Trinidad walked away this weekend from his last Regional CrossFit competition as an individual athlete. For 7 years he has competed in the sport as an individual athlete and demonstrated great passion and fire to reach the peak of the sport, The CrossFit Games. In 2012 he achieved this goal and competed against the top fittest 50th men in the world. Even since 2012 he has yerned for the desire to return to Carson, California.
